We're so confident that you'll love your new height that we've put our money where our mouth is.

Simply enable the try before you buy feature on the product page before checking out. This will allow you to try the shoes on before you decide to keep them.

Only pay for what you keep. If you don't love your new shoes, just send an email to support@talluxe.com, including your order number, to initiate a return within the 5 day window beginning on the date of your shoes' delivery.

When you place the order, the cost of the shoes will be on hold. If you decide to return the shoes, a $10 fee will be withdrawn from your refund to cover for return shipping.

Returned shoes are meant to be worn only inside with limited wear. Any marks, scratches, or blemishes on the shoes will make the shoe unacceptable for return. Each pair of shoes will be inspected.

You will be refunded the hold once we've received the shoes in acceptable condition.
