How it works:
- We send you shoes for free.
- You interview people with the shoes.
- You send us the unedited interview, we'll edit them and send it back to you to post. (If you would like to edit your own videos, let us know)
Tips for interviews:
1. Ask at least 3 questions per interview.
2. Show the shoebox facing the camera when you begin the video.
3. Do a side by side height comparison with the person you're interviewing (only if it's a boy).
4. Write "Link in bio for 20% off" or something similar in the video description.

Payment:
Tier 1 (Post 1 video) - You'll receive 15% commission on your sales.
Tier 2 (Post 5 videos) - You'll receive 20% commission on your sales and receive a one time payment of $50.
Tier 3 (Post 10 videos) - You'll receive 25% commission on your sales.

Influencer Collaboration Policy
This Influencer Collaboration Policy outlines the terms and conditions, guidelines, and expectations for influencers engaging with Talluxe. By participating in our collaboration program and receiving a free pair of shoes, influencers agree to comply with this policy in full.
Definitions:
Influencer: Any individual, entity, or agency collaborating with Talluxe to promote its products through various media platforms.
Content: Any form of media including but not limited to images, videos, blogs, social media posts, and reviews created by the Influencer.
Platforms: All social media platforms, websites, blogs, and other digital or physical media where the Influencer shares content.
General Terms:
Eligibility: Influencers must have an active and engaged following on their social media platforms. Eligibility is at the sole discretion of Talluxe.
Engagement: Influencers are expected to actively engage with their audience and maintain a positive image in line with the Talluxe brand values.
Content Requirements: All content must be original, high-quality, and created specifically for Talluxe. Content must align with the brand’s aesthetic and messaging.
Approval Process: Content must be submitted to Talluxe for approval prior to posting. Talluxe reserves the right to request modifications or reject content that does not meet our standards.
Compensation:
Payment Terms: Compensation for collaboration may include monetary payment, free products, or other forms of remuneration
Payment Schedule: Payments will be made when influencer requests a payout. Talluxe reserves the right to delay or withhold payment.
Taxes: Influencers are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with their compensation.
Content Ownership and Use:
Rights: By collaborating with Talluxe, influencers grant Graystone Group LLC a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute the content in any media.
Attribution: Talluxe will credit the influencer when using their content, where feasible and appropriate.
Modification: Talluxe reserves the right to edit or modify the content for any reason.
Confidentiality:
Confidential Information: Influencers may receive confidential information about Talluxe’s products, marketing strategies, or other proprietary information. Influencers must not disclose any confidential information without prior written consent from Talluxe.
Non-Disclosure Agreement: Influencers may be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) as part of their collaboration agreement.
Code of Conduct
Professionalism: Influencers must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully when representing Talluxe.
Compliance: Influencers must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Ethics: Influencers must not engage in any activity that could harm Talluxe’s reputation, including but not limited to discriminatory behavior, false advertising, or unethical practices.
Termination:
Termination by Talluxe: Talluxe reserves the right to terminate the collaboration at any time for any reason, including but not limited to breach of this policy, inactivity, or negative publicity.
Termination by Influencer: Influencers may terminate their collaboration with Talluxe at any point.
Post-Termination: Upon termination, influencers must cease using Talluxe’s trademarks and remove any Talluxe-related content as requested by the brand.
Dispute Resolution:
Governing Law: This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where Graystone Group LLC is headquartered, Florida.
Arbitration: Any disputes arising from this policy shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
By participating in Talluxe’s influencer program, you agree to waive any right to participate in a class action, class-wide arbitration, private attorney-general action, or any other representative proceeding. All disputes must be resolved on an individual basis and not consolidated with any other proceedings involving Talluxe or Graystone Group LLC.
Miscellaneous:
Policy Updates: Talluxe reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Influencers will be notified of any significant changes.Severability: If any provision of this policy is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: This policy, together with any individual collaboration agreements, constitutes the entire agreement between Talluxe and the influencer.
